About SAP Off Campus Drive 2026

SAP is inviting applications from fresh graduates for the position of SAP BTP Associate Consultant - T1. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about cloud technologies, software development, Artificial Intelligence, and enterprise applications.

Selected candidates will receive hands-on training on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, ABAP, Integration Suite, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud-native application development while working alongside experienced consultants on global customer projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain support processes and ensure support requests are handled according to defined procedures.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents using service assurance tools and software.
  • Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform scheduled maintenance activities and maintain accurate support records.
  • Analyze service records to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Prioritize incidents and troubleshoot issues following standard operating procedures.
  • Escalate unresolved issues and follow them until successful resolution.
  • Provide service recovery after incident resolution.
  • Document and close resolved incidents with complete technical details.
  • Maintain accurate configuration information for Configuration Items (CIs).
  • Ensure secure management of IT assets and configuration data.
  • Identify root causes of incidents and recommend preventive solutions.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal technical teams for faster issue resolution.
  • Provide continuous updates to customers throughout the support lifecycle.
  • Identify problems before they impact customers and log incidents proactively.
  • Assist project teams in solution development, testing, deployment, and technical documentation.
  • Develop cloud-native applications using SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
  • Learn SAP CAP, SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, ABAP, Integration Suite, and related SAP technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and customers to build enterprise solutions.
  • Work on Generative AI, AI Agents, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and AI-assisted development projects.
  • Contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoCs) involving AI and cloud technologies.
  • Continuously learn through certifications, mentorship, structured training, and real-world project experience.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 0–2 years of experience through internships, academic projects, or industry exposure.
  • Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Understanding of Software Engineering principles.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud computing, web application development, or microservices is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or Intelligent Automation is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and innovation.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to receive feedback.
