Accenture is inviting applications for the position of AI/ML Computational Science Associate in Bengaluru. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience to begin their careers with one of the world's leading technology and consulting companies.
Selected candidates will work with experienced engineering teams to design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications while gaining hands-on exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Data Engineering, Automation, and modern software development practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and automation scripts.
- Participate in coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.
- Assist in developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Work on data processing, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports.
- Learn and implement emerging technologies, frameworks, and development tools.
- Contribute to AI, cloud, and data engineering projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. (Computer Science).
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong academic background.
- Good knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Basic understanding of SQL and Database Concepts.
- Knowledge of REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and Version Control.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exposure to Django, Flask, or FastAPI is preferred.
- Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and automation scripting.
- Internship or academic project experience in Python is preferred.
- Python, Cloud, AI, or Data Analytics certifications are an added advantage.
