About IQVIA Off Campus Drive 2026
IQVIA is inviting applications for the position of Cloud Support Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in cloud computing, DevOps, Kubernetes, and modern application deployment technologies. The selected candidates will work in a hybrid environment from Kochi and will gain hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and production support.

Job Responsibilities
- Support daily deployment of microservices on Kubernetes platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS).
- Assist with Kubernetes operations including workload monitoring, deployment validation, service restarts, and basic troubleshooting.
- Execute application deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Helm Charts, and approved deployment configurations.
- Monitor platform and application health while responding to alerts and supporting incident investigation and resolution.
- Coordinate with Development and DevOps teams during software releases, configuration changes, and environment readiness activities.
- Perform operational maintenance tasks including certificate renewals, configuration updates, and container image updates.
- Follow IT service management and change management processes while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Create and maintain deployment runbooks and operational documentation to ensure consistent production support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience are eligible to apply.
- Basic understanding of Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts.
- Understanding of Docker containers and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts and deployment pipelines.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
