Selected candidates will work with experienced engineers to develop intelligent AI-powered solutions, predictive analytics models, Large Language Model (LLM) applications, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that improve healthcare engineering workflows. Job Responsibilities
- Develop Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Analytics solutions for engineering and business challenges.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, and Verification Engineers to build AI-powered productivity tools.
- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets including requirements, defects, test results, documentation, and operational data.
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), statistical analysis, and feature engineering.
- Build, evaluate, optimize, and deploy machine learning models.
- Develop Generative AI applications using RAG, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Participate in data preparation, cleansing, validation, and quality assessment activities.
- Create dashboards, reports, visualizations, and technical documentation.
- Support responsible AI practices, governance, model validation, and traceability.
- Research emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities within healthcare engineering.
- Contribute to prototype development, proof-of-concepts, and AI experimentation projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another STEM discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Exposure to Generative AI and LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI API, or Azure OpenAI.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and concepts.
- Knowledge of Statistics and Probability.
- Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Software Development.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Git and software development best practices.
- Exposure to healthcare, medical devices, or regulated environments.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
