Job Responsibilities
- Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business performance.
- Identify data trends and patterns to improve business planning and operational efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Recommend improvements to existing business processes and operational policies.
- Perform exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative data analysis.
- Translate data into meaningful customer and business insights for targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Present analytical findings clearly to business partners and senior management.
- Continuously improve business processes by evaluating new data sources, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and improve decision strategies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are eligible.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of business analytics and data interpretation is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of banking and financial services is preferred.
