Job Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and cloud operations assistance for enterprise applications.

- Work with Compute Engine, IAM, and VPC Networking configurations.
- Use AI tools like Gemini to analyze logs, code snippets, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain documentation and support processes.
- Ensure smooth functioning of cloud-based services and applications.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Cloud Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent technical certifications.
- Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform services.
- Knowledge of Compute Engine, IAM, and VPC Networking.
- Google Cloud Digital Leader certification is required.
- Associate Cloud Engineer certification is preferred.
- Ability to use Generative AI tools for troubleshooting and log analysis.
- Strong English communication and customer-first mindset.
