NTT Data is hiring freshers for the role of Associate Engineer - AI Services in Chennai. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields can apply for this opportunity. The company is looking for candidates who have knowledge of programming languages, cloud technologies, AI/ML concepts, APIs, microservices, databases, and DevOps practices. Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions and functionality that support business growth.
- Assist in writing, testing, and maintaining code.
- Support execution of automated testing processes.
- Participate in software deployment activities.
- Work collaboratively with the product and engineering teams.
- Assist in integration and automation using third-party software tools.
- Support development and debugging of distributed systems.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Assist in refactoring and improving existing codebases.
- Review code written by other developers.
- Perform additional software engineering tasks as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of programming languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, and Node.js.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design concepts.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and REST API development.
- Basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch.
- Knowledge of container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and test-driven development practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with AI/ML algorithms and handling large datasets is preferred.
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification is preferred.
- Relevant Agile certifications are an added advantage.
