Fujitsu is hiring talented and passionate fresh graduates for the position of Software Engineer - I at its Bangalore office. Candidates with strong programming skills, knowledge of machine learning concepts, and interest in AI/ML technologies are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML microservices using Python in a cloud-native environment.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for machine learning model training and deployment.
  • Develop, optimize, and monitor machine learning models in production environments.
  • Improve model accuracy, throughput, and latency through feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
  • Work with large datasets using modern data processing and machine learning frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Follow Agile development methodologies and CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong programming expertise in Python.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, SVM, K-Means, and PCA.
  • Exposure to Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • Understanding of cloud-native microservices development on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
  • Understanding of messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, or a related field.
  • Graduation from a Tier-1 Engineering College is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
  • Passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Freshers and entry-level candidates are eligible to apply.

Nice to Have

  • Interest in Telecom and Networking domains.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of containerized deployments and orchestration tools.
