Job Responsibilities
- Assist in various engineering tasks and project activities as directed by the Team Leader or Senior Engineer.
- Learn about project scope and requirements during or after TO meetings.
- Review basic project inputs, identify initial questions, and seek guidance from Senior Engineers or the Team Leader.
- Prepare engineering, programming, graphics, estimates, or related components under close supervision following Siemens standards and guidelines.
- Develop an understanding of quality control principles and perform initial checks on work before submission.
- Proactively ask questions and seek clarification from Senior Engineers and Team Leaders on technical concepts and project processes.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving efforts as skills develop.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately within the given timeframe.
- Maintain accurate and timely recording of work hours in the timesheet.
Eligibility Criteria
- BE / BTech with up to 6 months of experience.
- Fluent in English language.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to interpret customer requirements, identify needs, and resolve issues positively.
- Able to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities effectively.
- Good communication and time management skills.
