About IBM Recruitment 2026
IBM is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Associate System Engineer through its Off Campus Drive 2026. Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support applications based on Java/JEE technology stack.
- Work with Java frameworks and scripting languages such as Ruby or Groovy for web development.
- Implement transaction management and manage Java objects for enterprise applications.
- Apply concepts like dependency injection, inversion of control, and aspect-oriented programming.
- Work on functional programming and test-driven development practices.
- Utilize data access frameworks and transaction management frameworks.
- Support batch processing and enterprise system integration.
- Use DevOps methodologies and tools for application development and deployment.
- Ensure seamless functionality and data exchange between enterprise systems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be from 2024 or 2025 batch only.
- BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA, and M.Sc candidates are eligible.
- Eligible branches include CSE, AIML, DS, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, AI, Cyber Security, Blockchain, IT, and related branches.
- Minimum 6 CGPA or 60% throughout academics.
- No active backlogs at the time of application.
- Candidates should have completed their degree before joining IBM.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Node.js is preferred.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Exposure to Ruby or Groovy scripting languages is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of batch processing and data access frameworks is preferred.
