About L&T Technology Services Recruitment 2026
L&T Technology Services is hiring fresh engineering graduates as Associate Engineer Trainees for its 2026 Off Campus Drive. Selected candidates will be offered full-time employment and trained across various engineering domains.
Job Responsibilities
- Work on engineering design, development, testing, and validation tasks
- Assist senior engineers in project execution and documentation
- Analyze technical problems and propose effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
Eligibility Criteria
- Engineering branches: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA in 10th, 12th/Diploma, and Graduation
- No active backlogs at the time of application
- Final year exam must be cleared in the first attempt
- Minimum age should be 18 years at the time of joining
- Type of Offer: Full-time (Associate Engineer Trainee)
- Bond: INR 2 Lakhs for a duration of 2 years & 9 months
