Job Description:
LTI is hiring candidates for the post of System Management.
Job Resposibilities:
- Perform initial validations & execute uploads - Upload files to TM1 tool
- Perform basic error handling and validations
- Perform inter and intra system reconciliations as documented in SOP’s
- Responsible for actively soliciting feedbacks, identify action plans, and follow through to ensure improvement on processes and technical issues are resolve
- Responsible for availability of monthly & quarterly Actual Financials to meet reporting requirements
- Responsible for end-to-end data validation and corrective actions/maintenance to ensure data quality and integrity (Actual & Budget) Required Candidate profile:
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Strong process mindset
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills and Ability to connect across cultures/countries
- Continuous process improvement orientation
- Willing to learn new technology
- Willing to working in Shifts including night shifts
- Knowledge of Finance/ Accounting desirable Knowledge on SharePoint and/or SQL desirable KNowledge on Python scripting desirable
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Bachelor’s degree from any stream.
