About Salesforce Recruitment 2026
Salesforce has officially announced its Off Campus Recruitment Drive 2026 for the position of Associate Technical Support Engineer. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience who are passionate about technical support, software troubleshooting, networking, cloud technologies, and customer success. The selected candidates will become part of Salesforce's Support Success Organization, working closely with customers and engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical support while contributing to product improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer-submitted support cases.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Troubleshoot product bugs, configuration problems and integration failures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex customer issues.
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Create detailed help articles for customers.
- Reproduce issues in testing environments.
- Write detailed bug reports for Engineering teams.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the support lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E., B.Tech, MCA or equivalent technical qualification.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are eligible.
- Experience supporting mission-critical software applications is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Experience with React, Angular or Vue.js is a plus.
- Understanding of REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of databases.

- Knowledge of networking fundamentals like DNS, HTTP and REST APIs.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
