Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the support process and ensure support requests are handled according to company procedures.
- Investigate and diagnose networking issues using service assurance tools.
- Collect performance statistics and prepare technical reports.
- Identify and resolve technical problems following standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on network infrastructure.
- Use and update knowledge articles during incident diagnosis.
- Monitor service delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze service records to improve overall service quality.
- Prioritize and troubleshoot incidents efficiently.
- Investigate root causes of incidents and provide resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support teams.
- Document and close resolved incidents accurately.
- Maintain secure and updated configuration items.
- Track and manage IT assets using configuration management tools.
- Provide remote support for networking-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Communicate updates to clients throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Log incidents with complete and accurate information.
- Support continuous service improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computing, or related discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Knowledge of Networking concepts including Routing, Switching, Wireless, Core and Access Layers.
- Basic understanding of Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Riverbed, F5 or similar technologies.
- Good knowledge of technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
