About HPE Off Campus Drive 2026
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is hiring Tools & Automation Engineers through its Off Campus Drive 2026. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience who want to build a career in software development, automation, cloud technologies, and DevOps.
As a Tools & Automation Engineer, you will work with experienced software engineers to develop, test, debug, and maintain software systems while contributing to innovative automation solutions. Candidates with strong analytical skills and knowledge of programming fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance software systems, automation tools, networking utilities, databases, and internet-related applications.
- Execute established testing plans and validate software functionality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, log, and debug software issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and outsourced development partners.
- Participate in software design, coding, testing, and deployment activities.
- Develop reliable, scalable, and cost-effective software solutions.
- Follow software engineering best practices and maintain technical documentation.
- Support project teams in delivering high-quality software products.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are eligible.
- Knowledge of software design tools and programming languages.
- Understanding of coding, testing, debugging, and software development lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of software systems across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good proficiency in English.
