Job Responsibilities
- Handle policy servicing requests for property and casualty insurance customers with high accuracy.
- Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and modifications following company procedures.
- Review customer requests received through emails, tickets, and workflow systems.
- Maintain and update policy records using internal applications and databases.
- Prepare policy documents, reports, and trackers using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Validate customer information, premium details, policy limits, and effective dates.
- Coordinate with operations, quality, and support teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Document every transaction using standardized notes and comments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Manage workload efficiently during night shifts while meeting service level agreements.
- Generate operational reports including productivity, quality, and turnaround time metrics.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate policy servicing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance is an added advantage.
