About Wipro Recruitment 2026
Wipro has announced its latest Off Campus Drive 2026 for the position of Scholar Trainee under the Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP). This opportunity is open for freshers from BCA and B.Sc backgrounds who are looking to start their careers in the IT industry. Candidates selected for this role will work on technical analysis, engineering simulations, data visualization, automation tasks, and support engineering workflows while gaining industry experience with one of India’s top IT companies.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in engineering analysis, technical simulations, and data interpretation activities.
- Work with engineering and visualization tools for analysis and reporting.
- Support development and execution of simulation models and workflows.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office tools.
- Perform data analysis and basic automation tasks using Python.
- Assist teams in troubleshooting technical and application-related issues.
- Support GIS mapping, data visualization, and engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams for technical deliverables.
- Maintain technical documentation and process records.
- Participate in testing, validation, and optimization activities for engineering applications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)
- Eligible Streams: Computer Science, Computer Application, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation – 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above
- Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025
- Open school or distance education allowed only for 10th & 12th
- One backlog allowed during online assessment
- Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics during Graduation
- Maximum 3 years education gap allowed before graduation
- No gap allowed during graduation
- Candidate should be 18 years or above
- Indian Citizen / PIO / OCI card holders eligible
Compensation Details
- 1st Year Stipend: ₹15,000 + ₹488 ESI
- 2nd Year Stipend: ₹17,000 + ₹553 ESI
- 3rd Year Stipend: ₹19,000 + ₹618 ESI
- 4th Year Stipend: ₹23,000
- Joining Bonus: ₹75,000 with first month stipend
Service Agreement
Candidates selected for the Wipro WILP Program will be required to sign a service agreement for 60 months. A bond amount of ₹75,000 will be applicable on a pro-rata basis if the candidate leaves the organization before completion of the agreement period.

Every eligible candidate must go through an online assessment and interview process.

- Written Ability Test
- Round 2: Voice Assessment – 20 Minutes
