Job Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive research to identify potential companies and prospects from the target market.
- Create and manage databases with contact details for qualified prospects.
- Collect market intelligence through secondary research for effective sales strategies.
- Create calling and email scripts to deliver messaging from sales and marketing teams.
- Perform cold calling to validate customer information and schedule appointments.
- Conduct email campaigns and qualify responses into leads.
- Support multiple campaigns across different services and markets.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and campaign reports.
- Participate in management meetings and share campaign insights and market feedback.
- Engage with potential leads to understand requirements and qualify them.
- Maintain accurate lead data and interactions in CRM systems.
- Track and report lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA graduates from recognized universities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
