Job Description:

Wipro is hiring candidates for the post of Associate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer relationship administration
• Liase with the numerous stake holders in the OM delivery sector
• Usage of the Customer’s tools / Follow up of the Customer’s processes & procedures
• Meeting Customer’s expectations / targets / metrics / Key Performance Indicators Management of all incoming requests/orders
• Manages all non-recurrent requests from management and / or Customer (as per Service Level Agreement).
• Knows and uses the escalation matrix (both internally and with the Customer). Management of the backlog (orders and orders related requests)

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate from any stream

• Good Communication- Verbal and Non Verbal skills
